Went to the physio/gym yesterday and managed to cycle for half an hour with the saddle at mark 8, then another 10 minutes with it set at mark 7 :~)) Who knows, I might make mark 6 next week !!
I've been working at home clearing my emails and setting a few things in motion in readiness for getting back to work... I'll start with a few half days here and there to get back into the swing of things. 
But getting there is a bit problematic as I can't yet cycle properly,and parking in town costs an arm and a leg *!! So my colleague will come and pick me up at 9am and take me back after a few hours...........I must be a Civil Servant !!
Some preconceived ideas about Civil Servants.....
